Job Description

A Senior CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and strategies within an organization. This includes analyzing customer data, implementing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Senior CRM Executive should have a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance customer experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment customers, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create and automate CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on CRM system usage and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and evolving CRM technologies.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and respond to their inquiries and feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM management or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
