The Senior CRM and Retention Manager is responsible for developing and executing customer engagement strategies that enhance loyalty and lifetime value. This role involves managing CRM tools, segmenting customer data, and driving personalized campaigns to improve retention rates, aligned with data privacy and communication regulations within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
Lead data-driven segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Oversee implementation and optimization of CRM tools and platforms.
Analyze customer data and campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and timing.
Ensure CRM activities comply with UAE data privacy laws and customer communication standards.
Report on KPIs such as CLV, churn, and engagement rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in CRM and retention, preferably in B2C or e-commerce environments.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation.
Analytical mindset with experience in customer data analysis and segmentation.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Experience with customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
