Responsibilities

• Develop creative and compelling copy for a variety of mediums including digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to concept and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Conduct thorough research to understand target audience and market trends in order to tailor messaging effectively.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide feedback and direction to junior copywriters to elevate their skills and ensure quality work.
• Stay current on industry best practices and trends to continuously optimize copywriting efforts.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate and defend copy decisions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure all copy is compliant with legal and regulatory guidelines as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or Senior Copywriter in an agency or corporate setting
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of relevant work
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
