Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing network connectivity solutions for clients and internal systems.
• Managing and troubleshooting complex network issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network infrastructure projects.
• Conducting regular network performance monitoring and capacity planning to ensure scalability.
• Developing and maintaining network documentation and diagrams for reference and compliance purposes.
• Leading network upgrades, migrations, and expansions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Evaluating new technologies and tools to improve network reliability and security.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on network best practices.
• Implementing security measures and protocols to safeguard network infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Participating in on-call rotation to provide support and address network emergencies outside of business hours.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in a large-scale environment.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
