Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role involves managing key client accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of client service strategies, business development, and market dynamics across the region.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients across all communication channels

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and business needs

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services aligned with client objectives

  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless client experiences

  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship

  • Track account metrics to evaluate service performance and client satisfaction

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and performance reviews to clients

  • Participate in contract renewals, negotiations, and proposal development

  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to enhance service offerings

  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking activities


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in client relationship or account management roles

  • Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios in the UAE or GCC

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
