Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to nurture and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Analyze client data and feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and present client performance insights to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a senior role.
