Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, resolving client issues in a timely manner, and serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Monitor client account health and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, address issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments to provide proactive insights to clients.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients on a regular basis.
  • Drive client satisfaction and ensure high levels of customer service at all touchpoints.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office suite.
