# Urgently Hiring for Senior Business Set Up Consultant

Job Description

Should have hands-on experience on Business Setup, Company Formation (Mainland and All Free zone)

Should have knowledge in PRO Services and have a very excellent knowledge in the complete visa process, Legal Services , Immigration & Labor.

Provide corporate advisory services with respect to business set up, company formation and corporate structuring and restructuring.

Handle and manage new business set up and companies' formation process and requirements of all forms of companies (mainland, free zone, offshore).

Keep abreast of latest UAE law and procedures with respect to AML, corporate compliance, ultimate beneficiary owner.

Maintain accurate up-to-date clients' records within our CRM system.

Proactively engage with clients to maintain satisfactory/long-lasting client relationships.

Proceed with ESR's reporting and fillings.

Draft diverse corporate legal documents including resolutions, changes of directors and shareholders, attestation and legalization, issuance of certificates, bank account openings.

Maintain proactive communication with government departments, free zones and banks.

Qualifications

You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in law or business.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable Corporate Services Provider or a law firm in the UAE.

You are a commercially minded, entrepreneurial individual who is self-motivated and able to thrive in a target driven environment.

You have a perfect command of English, spoken and written. Russian/Chinese will be considered an advantage.

You are a fast learner, motivated, dynamic, able to work independently, and eager to develop strong relationships with clients in an international context.

Salary Package

We offer an attractive salary package with excellent cash incentive scheme on achieving targets.

You shall also be subject to our finder fee module for finding new leads.
