Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business efficiency and profitability through the analysis of business processes, requirements, and data. Responsibilities include leading the identification of business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and developing strategic solutions to enhance overall business performance. The Senior Business Analyst also collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize workflow, and improve decision-making. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of business principles. Prior experience in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and solutions.
  • Lead efforts to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive organizational growth.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and processes, and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts and ensure that project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies within the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
