Senior Backend Software Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Developer to join our Fintech Company and to design, develop, and optimize backend services for our applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in backend technologies, databases, API development, and system architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:  Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs.  Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure system architectures.  Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.  Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.  Improve system reliability, performance, and security.  Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.  Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.  Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.  Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and best practices.

 Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications:  Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience.  Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, Go, or C#.  Frameworks: Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, Express.js, or .NET Core.  Database Management: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases.  API Development: Strong experience in RESTful APIs and GraphQL.  Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.  Security & Performance: Understanding of authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and scalability best practices.  Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.  Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.  Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.  Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).  Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).  Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
