Senior Architect

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Architect to lead design projects, develop innovative architectural solutions, and oversee project execution for our UAE-based operations. The role emphasizes design excellence, project leadership, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.

• Develop creative and functional design concepts aligned with client requirements.

• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations.

• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams.

• Review and approve architectural designs, materials, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Conduct site visits and provide construction oversight.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout project phases.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 8–10 years of architectural design and project management experience.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and UAE regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

• Creative thinking and strong aesthetic sensibility.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
