Senior Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities will include developing architectural plans, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The Senior Architect will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and providing design guidance and expertise. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, along with a valid architectural license and a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design. Strong technical skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, and excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential for this role. Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design concepts and development for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external consultants and specialists as needed for project requirements.
• Present design proposals and solutions to clients and key stakeholders.
