Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts

- Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure client satisfaction

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for the company

- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to clients

- Act as a point of contact for client escalations and facilitate swift resolution of issues

- Mentor and guide junior account management team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B environment

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
