Senior Account Manager - MENA

The Senior Account Manager - MENA plays a strategic role in managing high-value client relationships across the Middle East and North Africa region. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving account growth, and ensuring successful execution of client initiatives. The role demands a deep understanding of the regional market, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that align with client goals. The candidate will be responsible for leading client meetings, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key client accounts across the MENA region.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans.

• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications.

• Ensure timely delivery of products/services according to client needs.

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations.

• Monitor account performance and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of account management experience, preferably in the MENA region.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or account KPIs.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
