Scrum Master

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the Agile development process within our organization. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects, remove any obstacles that may impact progress, and guide the team in adhering to Scrum practices. You will also be responsible for organizing and leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices. Responsibilities

• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Coach and mentor the Agile team on Scrum principles and practices.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and help them to become self-organizing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration within the team.
• Help the team set and achieve sprint goals.
• Monitor and report on the team's progress, using Agile metrics to track performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure that the principles of Agile and Scrum are being followed by the team.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Continuously improve the team's processes and performance through feedback and retrospectives.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably as a Scrum Master or other Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices.
