Salesforce Consultant - Application Specialist

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Salesforce Consultant - Application Specialist to optimize our CRM systems and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce across various business processes. This role involves gathering requirements, customizing solutions, and providing ongoing support and improvements for Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions

• Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

• Implement workflows, process automation, dashboards, and reports

• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems

• Provide training and support to users to enhance adoption and usage

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices

• Document technical processes and create user manuals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Application Specialist

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies is a plus
