Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall configuration, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce platform within the organization. Your primary duties will include managing user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing training and support to users. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting issues, monitoring data quality, and ensuring the system meets the business needs efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs
• Configure user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Provide ongoing user support, training, and troubleshooting
• Implement and monitor data quality initiatives
• Perform regular data imports, exports, and data maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements
• Stay informed on Salesforce updates and best practices to ensure system optimization
• Manage integration with other systems and third-party applications
• Ensure data security and compliance with Salesforce regulations and policies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and configuration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
