Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with administrative tasks, customer communication, and order processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in achieving targets while ensuring smooth operations.


Responsibilities:

  • assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and tracking shipments
  • maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client interactions
  • coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any sales-related issues
  • prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
  • update and manage customer databases and CRM systems
  • support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events
  • assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • handle administrative tasks such as document filing, email correspondence, and follow-ups
  • ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures


Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
  • previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • knowledge of sales processes and order management systems is a plus
