Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads to close deals effectively.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

✅ Social Media & Live Engagement:

• Go live on TikTok and other social media platforms to promote our services.
• Create engaging video content to attract potential clients.
• Answer real-time queries during live sessions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies.

✅ Administrative Tasks:

• Keep records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and trends.

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
✔️ Confident on-camera presence and ability to engage with an online audience.
✔️ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✔️ Basic knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
