Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Sales Team Members to join our dynamic team in the domestic workers sector. The role involves promoting our services within the framework of UAE laws and regulations governing domestic workers' recruitment and placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a deep understanding of UAE labor laws pertaining to domestic workers.
Responsibilities:
• Promote our services to prospective clients in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Educate clients on our offerings, ensuring transparency and adherence to legal guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the domestic workers sector.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
• Stay updated with changes in UAE labor laws affecting the domestic workers sector.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the domestic workers or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations concerning domestic workers.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
