Job Description

Conduct and arrange professional customer service experience by attending to complaints, Requirements and other Queries from customers.

Increase sales by canvasing customer and promoting the products
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and service offerings and the products, rates, services and new developments of key competitors.
promote sales
Identify and implement new strategic promotion and sales plans based on targets adhere to SLA.
 providing proper information on benefits of our products and help customer to choose the right product.
Use sales technologies that maximize revenue.
Perform all general office duties to support sales & Marketing
Conduct different types of product comparison and generate ultimate strategies to uplift products in market.
Monitor & maintain data base related to sales, inventory and management time by time.
Work in pressure with targets.


Requirements

Min 1 year experience in promotion, sales and marketing.

Good communication skills

Customer Canvasing capacity

Confident enough to deal with complicated customers

Ability to fast sell the product to the customer.
