Sales Promoter - Cosmetics

As a Sales Promoter for our cosmetics department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cosmetic products to customers. This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills, a passion for beauty and cosmetics, and the ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate and promote our cosmetic products to customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner

- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing exceptional customer service

- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and recommending products to customers

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves

- Keep up-to-date with new trends and product knowledge in the beauty and cosmetics industry

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies

- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and sales meetings

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide a positive shopping experience for customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably in the cosmetics industry

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Passion and knowledge for beauty and cosmetics

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
