Job Description

The Sales Promoter-Cosmetics is responsible for promoting and selling cosmetics products to customers. They need to demonstrate product features, provide information and recommendations, and achieve sales targets. The Sales Promoter-Cosmetics should also build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.


Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell cosmetics products to customers.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Provide information and recommendations to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Arrange product displays and maintain stock levels.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Assist in inventory management and order processing.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Promoter or similar role in the cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of cosmetic products and their features.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
