Sales Promoter - Cosmetics

• Approach customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
• Provide information, answer customer queries, and offer personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the application and results of cosmetic products.
• Offer customers the opportunity to sample products and experience their benefits firsthand.
• Actively promote and sell cosmetic products to customers, aiming to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Use persuasive techniques to highlight the value of the products.
• Assist in arranging and maintaining attractive product displays that highlight the cosmetic products.
• Ensure that promotional materials are effectively positioned.
• Monitor product stock levels and communicate with store management to ensure product availability.
• Report low stock levels and assist in restocking efforts.
• Recommend complementary products and upsell additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Gather feedback from customers about their preferences and experiences with the products.
• Communicate customer feedback to store management and brand representatives.
• Maintain records of daily sales, interactions, and customer feedback.
• Provide sales reports to store management and brand representatives.
• Represent the cosmetic brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying its values and image.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certifications in cosmetics is beneficial.
• Previous experience as a Sales Promoter, Beauty Advisor, or in a customer-facing role within the cosmetics industry.
• Passion for cosmetics and beauty products, with a strong interest in staying updated on industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Persuasive selling skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of skincare, makeup application techniques, and cosmetic ingredients.
• Positive attitude and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to assist and educate customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing customer preferences.
• Attention to detail for maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Arabic, is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours.
