Job Description

The Sales Operations Manager (GCC) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales operations functions within the Gulf Cooperation Council region. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, forecasting sales trends, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales operations principles, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in managing sales teams. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The Sales Operations Manager (GCC) must possess excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a high-performing sales operations team in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to drive business growth in the GCC region.
  • Oversee sales data analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Lead the implementation and utilization of sales tools and systems to improve productivity and performance.
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales operations initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales operations team to ensure goals are met and continuous improvement is achieved.
  • Identify training and development needs for sales teams to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to make informed decisions and recommendations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, systems, and CRM software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
