Sales Officer (Female - Arabic Speaker)

 Sales & Client Acquisition:

·         Promote services (recruitment, visa processing, domestic worker contracts, etc.) to potential customers.

·         Identify and engage with new clients to increase the customer base.

·         Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management. 

Customer Relationship Management: 

·         Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding services.

·         Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive customer experience.       

Service Promotion:

·         Explain services (e.g., hiring domestic workers, maid sponsorship etc.) to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions.

·         Recommend service packages based on the client’s needs.

Administrative Tasks:

Record and maintain client data in the company’s CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Assist in processing documentation for services, including contracts, visa applications, and renewals.

Market Research:

·         Conduct research to understand customer needs and market trends.

·         Monitor competitor activity to improve sales strategies and pricing.

Team Collaboration:

·         Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

·         Provide feedback from clients to improve services and processes. 

Skills & Qualifications:       

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

·         Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or service sector.

·         Previous experience with Tadbeer or domestic worker services is an advantage.

·         Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

·         Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

·         Familiarity with Tadbeer processes and UAE labor laws is preferred.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities.

·         Customer service orientation.

·         Organizational and time-management skills.
