Sales manager - Office Automation

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Office Automation to lead and expand our business in copiers, printers, and document management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and driving a team of sales professionals to meet revenue targets. Strong industry knowledge and leadership capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for office automation products and solutions.

• Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.

• Set and track sales targets in alignment with company goals.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Monitor sales metrics and generate regular reports for management.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotions and campaigns.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle high-level sales escalations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 in a managerial role.

• Prior experience in office automation industry is a must.

• Strong knowledge of copiers, printers, and document solutions.

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
