Job Description

  1. Development of marketing strategy to improve the system.
  2. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  3. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  4. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  5. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  6. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  7. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  8. Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
  9. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Competency Requirement:

  1. CB must Min 5-8 years sales in CB and worked close to targets.
