Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several customers each day to close sales and build client relationships. You should be persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in excel.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• College graduate or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
