We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in retail and wholesale markets.
  • Understand and promote the features, and uniqueness of products such as jewelry, honey, chocolates, and vape products.
  • Manage and maintain product displays to attract customer interest.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in minimart and/or vape industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with market trends related to jewelry, honey, chocolates, and vape products.
  • Proficient in using POS and cash | card handling machines.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
