Job Description

The Sales Executive - Preowned is responsible for driving sales of preowned vehicles by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable options from the inventory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.


Responsibilities:

  • develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities

  • assist customers in selecting the right preowned vehicle based on their preferences and budget

  • conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to buyers

  • negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in deals to ensure a smooth transaction process

  • stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to offer competitive deals

  • maintain accurate records of sales inquiries, test drives, and customer follow-ups in the CRM system

  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before and after the sale

  • coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate approvals and paperwork for customers

  • achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management

  • represent the dealership at marketing events, promotions, and customer engagement activities


Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the preowned vehicle segment

  • strong understanding of used car valuation, financing options, and negotiation techniques

  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals

  • proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • valid UAE driving license is mandatory

  • fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
