Job Description

The Sales Executive – Preowned Cars will be responsible for driving sales of certified preowned vehicles by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored vehicle solutions. The role involves handling the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final handover, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting monthly targets. Operating in a fast-paced automotive showroom or dealership environment in the UAE, the executive will ensure all sales activities comply with local laws and dealership policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with walk-in and online customers, conducting needs analysis, and recommending suitable preowned vehicles.

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process including vehicle demonstrations, test drives, negotiations, and final documentation.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, specifications, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Assisting customers with finance, insurance, and trade-in options, in coordination with internal departments.

  • Ensuring vehicles are presented professionally and customer touchpoints are handled with courtesy and transparency.

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

  • Following up with leads and past clients to generate repeat and referral business.

  • Ensuring compliance with UAE automotive regulations, RTA processes, and company policies.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive retail or a similar customer-facing role in the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of preowned car models, pricing trends, and financing options.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital sales platforms.

  • UAE driving license and familiarity with RTA documentation and procedures.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other language skills are a plus.
