As a Jewellery Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote our brand in Dubai. This role requires a combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales consultations with customers and assisting them in selecting the perfect pieces of jewellery to meet their needs and preferences.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with every transaction.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, latest trends, and competitor activities in the market to ensure effective sales conversations with customers.
- Participating in store events and promotions to drive sales and promote the brand.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards while representing the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a jewellery sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Extensive knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Team player with a positive attitude and high levels of motivation and energy.
- Knowledge of the Dubai jewellery market is preferred.
