Job Description

The Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling jewellery products to customers. This role involves understanding customers' needs and preferences, providing product information, and assisting with the selection and purchase of jewellery items. The Jewellery Sales Executive must have excellent communication and customer service skills.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items.
  • Provide product information and educate customers on features and benefits.
  • Build a strong customer base and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet sales targets and achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and neat presentation of the jewellery display.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Knowledge of jewellery products and gemstones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
