Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and understand customer needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to craft customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights for sales planning.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of technology advancements in IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud solutions and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs in relation to IT solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity industry.
