Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires an energetic and results-driven individual who can identify business opportunities, present products or services effectively, and close deals successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. She will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling

  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • present and promote products/services to customers to meet sales targets

  • understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable deals

  • monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies

  • provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly

  • collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies

  • prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance

  • attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to expand business network


Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry-specific] sector

  • strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • excellent customer relationship management skills

  • fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • presentable, confident, and professional demeanor

  • valid UAE driver’s license (preferred, if applicable)
