Job Description
The sales executive is responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will develop and maintain relationships with clients, promote products or services, and negotiate contracts. The sales executive will also achieve sales targets, track market trends, and provide feedback to the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell products or services.
- Understand client needs and requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
