Sales Executive - Credit Card Sales

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Financial Product Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products such as credit cards, loans, and bank accounts to individual clients. You must be goal-oriented, confident in field or telesales, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell financial products including credit cards, personal loans, and bank accounts
• Approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, events, or referrals
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly
• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
• Build strong client relationships and provide post-sale support
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial products or banking sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus and persuasive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of banking and financial services
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• UAE experience and own visa (preferred but not mandatory)
