Job Description

As a Sales Director for the MEA region, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive revenue and profit growth in the region. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on sales performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Manage and mentor the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Forecast sales targets and budgeting
  • Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management


Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the MEA region
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting
  • Knowledge of the MEA market and industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Willingness to travel as needed
