We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Receptionist at our fitness center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting membership sales, and managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and sell memberships to prospective clients
• Handle inquiries and provide information about fitness programs
• Manage appointments, payments, and member registrations
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
