Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily tasks and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports

Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance departments
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
Handle client inquiries and provide timely support
Track sales targets and generate performance reports
Support the organization of promotional events and campaigns
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role
Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Team player with a customer-focused attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
