Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team's efforts by providing administrative and sales support. You will be responsible for coordinating the sales process, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that our sales team has the necessary tools to meet their targets. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by managing their calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with clients.

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and ensure that all leads are promptly responded to and routed to the appropriate sales representative.

• Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client database, and other sales-related documentation.

• Coordinate the sourcing and delivery of sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and product samples.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing expense reports, managing travel arrangements, and processing sales orders.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members and participate in training and development programs.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support or coordination role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Experience in the industry is a plus, but not required.
