Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
  • Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of sales trends and performance metrics to report to the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and provide data-driven insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines to support forecasting and planning efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
