Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient sales operations and maximize revenue. Your duties will include managing sales orders, tracking sales targets, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers. You will also be in charge of maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing and distributing sales reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Coordinate sales-related activities and events such as trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentation materials.
  • Manage and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Communicate with customers to answer queries and provide information on products and services.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare sales performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up on sales leads and track customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence for the sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
