Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. They will also be involved in planning and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, goal-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying potential customers and markets
- Contacting and visiting new and existing customers to promote products or services
- Developing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating contracts and terms of agreements
- Generating leads and following up on sales opportunities
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Providing after-sales support and customer service
- Achieving sales targets and objectives
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
