Job Description

Future Contracting Company LLC is looking for an experienced Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance with UAE construction regulations.

 


Key Responsibilities:

·  Monitor and enforce safety policies and regulations at construction sites.

·  Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

·  Develop and implement safety training programs for workers.

·  Investigate workplace accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

·  Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety standards.

·  Coordinate with site supervisors and management to promote a safety-first culture.



Requirements:

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE-based construction company (mandatory).

·  Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction industry standards.

·  Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is an advantage.

·  Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

·  Must be currently in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.
