The SaaS Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation is responsible for driving qualified leads and conversions through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing lead generation campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS marketing, strong analytical skills, and expertise in digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and automation platforms.
Responsibilities:
develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for the sales team
manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing
create compelling landing pages and conversion-focused content to capture and nurture leads
analyze and track key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
optimize marketing automation and CRM tools to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates
conduct A/B testing on campaigns and landing pages to maximize performance
develop partnerships and collaborations to expand lead sources and increase brand visibility
stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in SaaS marketing
manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on lead generation efforts
Requirements:
bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on lead generation
strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
