Risk Manager - IT

We are looking for an experienced IT Risk Manager to oversee and manage technology-related risks across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT risk management policies and frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and monitor potential IT risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security reviews of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Develop risk reporting mechanisms and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Lead incident response and recovery efforts in case of security breaches or system failures.
• Stay updated on emerging IT risks, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Train staff on IT risk awareness and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection regulations.
• Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
