Retail Trainer

As a Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for retail staff to enhance their skills and performance. Your role will involve creating engaging training materials, implementing on-the-job training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. You will work closely with retail managers to identify training needs, monitor progress, and provide feedback to help employees achieve their goals. • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Education, or Retail Management.
• Previous experience working in retail, preferably in a training or leadership role.
