Retail Sales Representative - Watches

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative—Watches to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and showcasing premium watch collections to clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for timepieces, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a luxurious and personalized shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide expert guidance on watch selections.

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and specifications.

• Create a premium in-store experience through personalized service.

• Assist in visual merchandising and display arrangements.

• Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.

• Process sales transactions using POS systems.

• Build lasting customer relationships and manage clienteling.

• Participate in stock management, inventory counts, and restocking.

• Stay informed on watch industry trends and new collections.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in retail or luxury sales is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury watches or jewelry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for luxury watches and customer engagement.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office tools.
